If you have previous CrossFit experience you can drop into a class for $20. We please ask that if you do NOT have CrossFit experience that you schedule a No Sweat Intro so that we may better serve you.

Step 1: Select the date and class time from the schedule below that you’d like to drop into.

Step 2: Follow the instructions to fill out your waiver and payment information. If you run into any issues or would prefer to pay cash, we can take care of things once you arrive.

  • International Drop-ins: Please note, that your credit card may not process if it is based outside of North America. If you run into this issue, just show up and you can pay in cash once you get to the gym. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Step 3: Show up and have fun! Our classes start 5 minutes after their listed time  to allow the parking lot to clear and smooth transition. You are more than welcome to show up early to stretch, mobilize, etc. We offer t-shirts for purchase ($25) if you want a souvenir and we also have a shower available if you need to change and leave after your workout.
