These times are flexible to your schedule and can be 30 minutes, or 60 minutes, depending on your needs. Think of Personal Training as tailored specifically to you and only you and group classes to be more general. Do you have a friend you like to train with? Perfect! We offer up to 3 people per Personal Training session.
