Our online coaching programs allow you a variety of offerings that perfectly align with exactly what you need. These fitness programs are offered entirely virtually if you so choose. We can work with you on fitness, nutrition and goal setting, at your pace and in any environment.

GROUP CLASSES

Our group classes are a mix of flexibility, strength training, and high intensity interval training (HIIT).
A good example of a class is:
• 0- 10:00 warm-up focused on joint healthy and flexibility
• 10:00-25:00 strength building, a circuit of Pull-ups, Bent Over Rows, and Reverse Dumbell Flys.
• 30:00-55:00 A calorie burning, metabolism boosting cardio session.

MASTERS CLASS

Any doctor will tell you, regular exercise is vital to a long healthy life. Age is just a number and we prove that at Cannon. Our staff is knowledgeable in training people of all stages in their life. Masters is for those 60+ that want to gain balance, flexibility, and stronger lungs and heart. We don’t push you to the point of pain, we guide you every step of the way to safe but progessive exercises.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is perfect for those with specific goals. For example, I need to get ready for my wedding, or a 50th birthday. We specialize in body transformations, and the best way to achieve those results FAST is one-on-one personal training. These times are flexible to your schedule and can be 30 minutes, or 60 minutes, depending on your needs. Think of Personal Training as tailored specifically to you and only you and group classes to be more general. Do you have a friend you like to train with? Perfect! We offer up to 3 people per Personal Training session.

Our workouts combine weight lifting and cardio and a lot of laughter to help us get through it. Every workout is scalable to anyone.

This means you will be starting your first Fundamentals! For your first class, all you need is a bottle of water and a good attitude! If you have not already taken care of your paperwork electronically please arrive 10 minutes early so we can get everything signed. Then you can meet your coach and get a tour of the gym.

Yes! Just give us a call or send us an email and let us know what day and class time you would like to come (Please do not just drop in!). A drop in class is $20. We do not accept t-shirt exchanges as payment.

If you are a current crossfitter or someone with an active background you can absolutely start in a group class. Check out our schedule here and let us know what day and class time you would like to drop in/try us out.

If you are new to CrossFit, the way you get started with our CrossFit classes is through the Fundamentals program.
