Our clients’ overall health and well-being are our top priority. We strive to make an impact on the community through kowledge and edcation, particularly as they releate to nutrition. Whether you’re training for performance, looking to lose weight, or just trying to lead a healthier lifestyle your dietary and nutritional habits are the foundation of everything else you do. If you’re not fueling your body properly then it doesn’t matter what your goal is, it will be that much more difficult to achieve.


Our in-house Nutritionist, is the head of our nutrition program and has developed the “I CAN” Nutrition Plan. Our nutrition program combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a lifetime.

Our nutrition program is very unique and is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”. The path towards a healthy lifestyle is a team effort between you, your coach, and your Nutritionist will do all she can within her scope of practice to help you meet your personal goals. She will make many suggestions, you pick which ones you want to try and she will coach you along the way!


There are plenty of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat or how to replace meals with supplements and shakes, but what if we could achieve even better results by learning what TO eat and using whole foods with limited ingredients? Behold, a program to build life-long skills one step at a time. The “I CAN” Nutrition Plan is centered on wholesome foods and sensible combinations. The individualzed meal plans contain delicious nutrient dense foods loaded with both anti-inflammatory and lean muscle building effects. While limiting processed foods, excess sodium, and added sugars the “I CAN” Nutrition Plan will give you the confidence that YES YOU CAN accomplish your goals. Backed by our proven record of success the Cannon Fitness and Performance nutrition program will give you the resources, knowledge, and self-assurance to make healthy eating a part of your everyday lifestyle.

Each tier gets a closed Facebook group so clients can share stories, recipes,

Weekly emails sent to all nutrition clients with tips, tricks, recipes, and inspiration/motivation.
EVERY client will go through the initial 30-45 minute consultation and based off of how the
consult goes I will suggest a program that fits their individual goals/needs.
If client commits to at least 3 months with their program the consultation fee goes toward

Meal Plans will include:
● Total caloric intake and macronutrient (protein, fat, carbohydrate) for each meal as a
whole and the components of each meal to allow clients to deviate from the actual plan
but still stay within their numbers; this also allows clients to eat out
● Total macronutrient and calorie goal for the day
